55 Gallon Water Storage Barrels are a "Must Have" for Earthquake Preparedness. This is one of the easiest and most cost effective ways to safely store a large supply of water for long term emergency survival.

These Water Storage Barrels are not only Perfect for Family Earthquake Preparedness and Survival Storage, but are ideal for Churches, Shelters, Offices, and Schools, as well.

Water can be stored safely in these 55 gallon water barrels for a minimum of 5 years using our water preserver concentrate. Just add the bottle of water preserver concentrate as you fill the water drum, then cap the drum and leave it - it's now good for drinking up to a minimum of 5 years!  There are 2 screw on bung caps on top of each drum, which can be easily removed using the included bung wrench, which also doubles as a gas turn-off wrench. The screw on siphon pump (also included) is made to screw into a bung hole on top of the water barrel, where it can be used to siphon water as needed or to drain the water barrel for refill in 5 years. (Siphon pumps should not be left attached to the bung openings as a means of capping the drums).

All of our water storage barrels and storage containers are BRAND NEW, Heavy-Duty BPA (Bisphenol-A) FREE and FDA FOOD GRADE APPROVED. The blue opaque polyethylene, which our containers are made from, have never been exposed to the Bisphenol-A that many plastics are made from, and are perfect for providing long term bacteria free, fresh water.

Please read: Water barrels require higher freight quotes due to their bulky size. For this reason, we are no longer shipping any of our water storage containers*. Accessories are still shippable, however.

You may pick up water barrels in Highland, CA 92346 and all shipping charges will be reversed once arrangements have been made.
